ESPRESSO IS PREPARED ON THE FIRST MODBAR (A MODULAR UNDER THE COUNTER ESPRESSO MACHINE) IN SEATTLE. The Modbar is a modular machine that relies of profiles. Profiles includE Customized pressure, temperature, and infusion. each profile is carefully selected to bring out the best flavor of our espresso.
Our signature fall drink is a toffeE nut pumpkin spice latte, using real pumpkin spices including Jamaican all spice and four different cinnamons from World Spice.
SHOWCASING Counterbalance Roasters, a nano-roaster started by the owner of ghost alley espresso. For the Fall we have a special Halloween BLEnD in the shop - A whiskey Aged Peru blended with a dark Roasted Malawi & A medium roasted Brazil; warm spices and a caramel finish. The Whiskey is muted but add milk & sugar and it comes forward.
Ingredients We use - WHOLE milk from Smith Brothers Farm. Alternatives offered; Almond & OAT MILK. Seasonal MONIN Syrups; TOFFEE NUT, WHITE PEACh, lAVENDER, Rose, caramel infused with smoked applewood sea salt.
