Ghost Alley Espresso offers unique espresso drinks in an intimate setting - LOCATED UNderneath the main entrance of pike place Market  just before the Gum Wall and below where they throw the fish. 

WE CONSIDER THE ENTIRE MARKET OUR COFFEE SHOP. BRING SCONES, DONUTS, OR BAKED GOODS IN. ENJOY THEM AT ONE OF OUR TABLES WHEN PURCHASING A DRINK. We also sell retail coffee bags in the shop.

ESPRESSO IS PREPARED ON THE FIRST MODBAR (A MODULAR UNDER THE COUNTER ESPRESSO MACHINE) IN SEATTLE. The Modbar is a modular machine that relies on profiles. Profiles includE Customized pressure, temperature, and infusion. each profile is carefully selected to bring out the best flavor of our espresso.

Ingredients We use - WHOLE milk from Smith Brothers Farm. Alternatives offered; HEMP & OAT MILK. 

We have started to make our own in house syrups. Our vanilla syrup is made with real vanilla beans, brown sugar, sal gris and organic vanilla extract. we will be using whole spices and different sugars for our new syrups; brown, dark muscovaDo, coconut & caster sugars.
