Mike’s background is in coffee and business management. His infectious spirit and dedication to keeping Ghost Alley Espresso a unique location is a great fit for this change.

ESPRESSO IS PREPARED ON A MODBAR. The Modbar is a modular machine that relies on profiles. Profiles includE Customized pressure, temperature, and infusion. each profile is carefully selected to bring out the best flavor of our espresso.
We have started to make our own in house syrups. vanilla syrup is made with vanilla beans, brown sugar, sal gris and french vanilla extract. Caramel is made with applewood roasted sea salt and brown sugar.
