Of rotating origin, the whiskey aged beans are aged for 30-60 days in a spent whiskey barrel. The result is a sweet coffee with an aroma of whiskey. If you add cream and a bit of sugar, the whiskey is more pronounced. It is not overpowering but adds an herbal and oaky finish to the coffee. Hard to keep this on the shelves!
